For the past 15+ years Lon has pursued an increasingly successful career managing teams in program and product development, project management, strategic planning, sales support, marketing, implementation leadership, and successfully working with internal and external clients and vendors. Leading an E-Business Product Management group for a Fortune 100 company, he provided the vision, strategy, and leadership for a business-critical, nationally recognized Internet initiative that exceeded expectations as a key contributor to the company's cost savings and revenues.
He has contributed to senior management teams as Vice President of Marketing and as Vice President of Strategy. As CEO of a venture capital funded software
company, he restructured the company, hired a
new management team, and focused its strategy
and product offering. This turned the
company around from no growth to a 35%+ annual growth rate.
Lon is completing an MS in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
He holds an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics from Wheaton College. He has also earned the project management profession's most globally recognized credential, the Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
